SWEET POTATO CHIPS
Sweet potato chips are easy to prepare, and great tea time snack there are many recipes with sweet potatoes.
INGREDIENTS:
Sweet potatoes -250g
Oil- enough to deep fry chips
Salt -1 tbsp(approx)
Red chili powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into thin slices and wash them in water thoroughly till the starch in them is gone.
Now strain the excess water, spread them on a cotton cloth and let them dry for a few min.
Now place a kadai on the stove and add the oil enough for deep frying the chips.
Once the oil is hot add the sliced sweet potato chips to the kadai and fry them on medium frame.
Once the chips start to change color, take them out and place them on a tissue paper.
Once all the chips are fried, sprinkle some salt and red chili powder and mix them thoroughly.
sweet potato chips are ready to be served.
